For single day worshops, please make 3 suggested dates in order of preference below:.  Our office will call you if it is not possible to make your first date.  We also run workshops over a series of days. Please specify dates using dd/mm/yy. For example the 17th August 2003 would be 17/08/03.

* TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Science Fantastic expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate any and all workshops without prior notice.
2. We will endeavour to contact schools if changes are required as soon as practical.
3. Each workshop will be charged with a base fee for a minimum of 40 participants (i.e. $220.00 including GST). This minimum will not be averaged out over a number of workshops and applies for each individual workshop.
4. All participants over the minimum number will be charged $5.50 (including GST) per person.
5. All workshops have a maximum limit of 60 students for each workshop. Contact our office if your numbers may exceed this limit.
6. Each booking requires a minimum of 2 workshops per day.
7. In most cases, we cannot offer different workshops per visit. Please contact our office if you need more than one type of workshop as special arrangements can be made.
8. Most bookings will require a $55.00 (inc. GST) deposit for booking and adminin costs.
9. The booking fee will be subtracted from the final invoice and is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. If numbers of participants fall below the minimum for any workshop session, a base charge of $220.00 (incl. GST) will apply for each workshop.
10. Cancellation of bookings without notice of at least 5 working days will incur a $55.00 administration charge. This may be taken from previously paid booking deposit.
11. At least 2 supervising adults are required to be present during workshop.
12. While some accidental damages may occur with our equipment, all significant or deliberate breakages of equipment made by participants will be added to the invoice.
13. Due to safety regulations, an indoor venue is essential for all workshops.
14. A minimum of 20 minutes is required between each workshop for setting up and cleaning of previous workshop.
15. All student numbers quoted in your booking will be taken as accurate by Science Fantastic. Numbers of participants in each workshop will be verified using a head count by a member of staff from your school.
16. Changes to student numbers for each workshop will be accepted prior to 5 working days before the workshop date by contacting our office.
17. All workshops require appropriate supervision from your organisation.
